Each uploaded agreement counts as one review against your monthly limit. If you upload the same agreement again after revisions, that counts as a second review. Partial or failed uploads (where no review output is generated) do not count against your limit.
Yes. Upgrades from Counsel to Team take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. You get access to the full Team feature set and agreement limit from the moment you upgrade.
Yes. The 14-day free trial gives you full access to the plan you choose, including all flag categories, export formats, and team features (on Team). There is no credit card required to start. You will be asked for payment details only if you continue after the trial ends.
Enterprise pricing is negotiated based on your team size, agreement volume, and any custom configuration requirements. Contact us and we will respond within one business day with a proposal. Most Enterprise arrangements include an annual contract with custom renewal terms.
Counsel and Team plans are billed via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise customers can be invoiced on a net-30 or net-60 basis. Purchase orders are accepted for annual Enterprise contracts.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Annual plans can be cancelled before the renewal date for no further charge.
